With the summer holidays in full swing and plenty of people opting for a UK staycation this year, Oak Tree Mobility has taken a deep dive into the UK's most well-known attractions to reveal the list of the top 30 most accessible attractions to enjoy this summer. This was accomplished using Trip Advisor reviews, Euan's Guide reviews and data from the Revitalize Access Survey to compile a list of the top attractions. Whilst uncovering the top 30 most accessible attractions in the UK, this study was also able to reveal that Waddesdon Manor, a wedding venue and tourist attraction located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire came in at number four.
Nearly 75% of people say that UK attractions lack good accessibility, whereas London leads ahead of the rest with 13 of the top 30 most accessible attractions in the UK residing in the capital. Even so, the most accessible attraction in the UK was the Museum of Liverpool, possessing the largest amount of accessibility-friendly qualities. This is followed by The British Library in second place and the Oxford University Museum of Natural History in third.
