Three of Atul Kochhar's restaurants in Buckinghamshire, Vaasu; Hawkyns and Riwaz are now serving takeaway options, perfect for the long August bank holiday weekend. Each of the respective restaurants' various styles are reflected through the takeaway dishes, cooked in the kitchens of each establishment to the same high standards as those prepared in each restaurant. They're thoughtfully packaged to ensure they're in perfect condition when arriving at their final location. A selection of bundles is also offered to help customers recreate the restaurant experience in the comfort of their homes. Takeaways are ordered online via each website for collection only – but they will also be available via Deliveroo.
Vaasu, Marlow
Known for its delicious Pan-Indian food, Vaasu’s takeaway collection is available to collect from the restaurant, comprising a selection of highlights from the a la carte menu. Choose from the likes of Kashmiri chicken tikka marinated with fennel and saffron, finished in the clay oven for results impossible to achieve at home; Goan fish or prawn curry; braised lamb Parsi curry with sweet apricots, brown onion and coriander korma; and much more.
