Horwood House launch Restorative Sleep Day at H Spa

Need a long nap? The new Aromatherapy Associates Restorative Sleep Day at the recently renovated H Spa at Horwood House in Buckinghamshire is the ideal way to take some time out, reboot and set yourself up for a good night's sleep.

The day includes full use of the spa facilities from 9 am until 5 pm, a 60-minute Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Body Treatment and a delicious afternoon tea.

Set in Little Horwood on 38 acres of private countryside in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, this stunning Grade-II listed property combines the style and heritage of a quintessential country house hotel with contemporary features and home-from-home touches.

H Spa boasts a 15-metre indoor pool, sauna, steam and relaxation rooms, multiple treatment rooms and a state-of-the-art gym, all centred around a beautiful courtyard.

The Restorative Sleep Day is available to book from Sunday to Friday at £135 per person and on Saturday from £145 per person.
