Celebrate Burns Night with a Scottish feast and bagpipes at Adam Handling's The Loch & the Tyne in Old Windsor. Adam and co-chef proprietors, Steven Kerr and Jonny McNeil, have created a one-off, celebratory menu, available for dinner on Thursday 25th January alongside a selection of Burns Night cocktails including the whisky highball, made from chamomile-infused scotch, citrus, honey, and ginger ale, or a smoky nail, which combines balvenie 12YO and Laphroaig 10YO with cascabel honey and angostura bitters. Both cocktails are available for £14, alongside a non-alcoholic option for £12.
This Burns Night menu showcases exquisite Scottish flavours, using the very best of British produce, in keeping with The Loch & the Tyne's ethos of Sustainable, British, Luxury. The night will be a celebration of all things Caledonian and will be priced at £65 per person.
The Loch & the Tyne is Adam's restaurant and pub with guest bedrooms, set in the beautiful countryside of Old Windsor, serving classic British pub food with a luxury approach. As well as being recently awarded three AA rosettes (the highest-rated accommodation in the Windsor area), the pub was awarded Highest New Entry (no. 27) in the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropub Awards 2022.
